Mat
Pilates Mat is suitable for anyone seeking a complimentary exercise system designed to strengthen back and abdominal muscles ~ increase flexibility and agility ~ enhance mindfulness and body awareness ~ practice breathing techniques ~ and promote whole body conditioning with safe resistance work. Most of the exercises are performed on the floor using your body weight for resistance. To enhance your workout, your Instructor will provide small equipment to challenge your strength, balance and coordination. All abilities and ages are welcome as we provide multi-levelled classes, covering all of the Pilates essentials and beyond.

Power
Take your Pilates practice to a whole new level with this strength and cardio infused class that will challenge your whole body. Pilates Power is suitable for any fitness level and basic Pilates experience. There is a stronger focus on whole body strength in these sessions and you may feel the burn after the class. Pilates Power is a fusion of Pilates, resistance work with weights, HIIT and aerobics. Every class is different and your Instructor will ensure you get a whole body workout that will leave you feeling ‘Powerful’. Not suitable for those with acute injuries or ailments.
